Because our products are made to order, we do not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind, incorrect size selection, or incorrect color selection.

If your item arrives damaged, defective, misprinted, or you receive an incorrect item, please contact Created By BJ within 3 (three) days of delivery at info@createdbybj.net. Include your order number and clear photos showing the issue.

Eligible claims will be reviewed, and a replacement or refund will be provided when appropriate.

Customers are responsible for verifying their size, color, shipping address, and other order information before completing their purchase. Once an order has entered production, changes or cancellations may not be possible
